  • Four Private In-Studio Sessions
    Completed over the course of 30 days.

    Each session includes live client work performed by you with direct oversight. Adjustments are made in real time based on your habits, patterns, and growth from the previous session.

    Week 1 — Baseline Evaluation + Foundational Adjustments
    We establish your technical baseline, identify recurring patterns, and correct foundational habits that limit consistency.

    Week 2 — Technique Refinement + Habit Correction
    We reinforce adjustments made in week one and address new habits that surface once awareness increases.

    Week 3 — Consistency + Precision Development
    Focus shifts toward strengthening control, improving efficiency, and maintaining refined standards across sessions.

    Week 4 — Independent Application + Growth Planning
    You apply corrections with increased independence while we build your long-term growth plan beyond the residency.

    Each week has a specific objective customized your progress and needs.

    You are expected to apply these refinements inside your real client work.

    Progress is reviewed at the beginning of each session. Improvements are reinforced. Weak points are addressed immediately.

    This weekly implementation process ensures that growth carries over from session to session rather than resetting each week.

    Needle configurations, voltage ranges, and machine adjustments tailored to your technique.

    Pricing and Client Retention Evaluation
    Assessment of your pricing, client alignment, and market positioning with recommended adjustments aligned to your skill level.

    Final Evaluation Session
    Comprehensive review of your 30-day progression, measurable improvements, remaining refinement targets, and defined next-phase development plan.

    30-Minute Follow-Up Session
    Completed within 30 days of your final session to ensure continued progress.

    You leave with stronger technique, greater confidence, and the ability to maintain your standard independently.

  • Total Investment
    $3,200 | A $1,200 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance to secure your residency placement.

    Accepted payment methods include Venmo, cash, all major credit cards, and cashier’s checks addressed to Lisa Harris Artistry LLC.

    Policy

    Due to the personalized and limited nature of this mentorship, all payments are final and non-refundable. Payments are non-transferable to another individual, program, or service.

    Commitment Expectations

    Active participation is required across the full 30-day period.

    All pre-residency materials must be completed prior to Week 1. Weekly implementation is expected and reviewed at each session. This residency is not designed for passive participation.

    Rescheduling

    The residency follows a structured 30-day timeline to maintain momentum.

    In the event of an emergency, one session may be rescheduled within the residency window when possible. All sessions must be completed within 45 days of the original start date.

    Communication is expected as soon as possible.

  • Is this for beginners?
    No. This residency is for licensed artists actively taking clients.

    How is this different from the Full Day?
    The Full Day is one immersive session. The Residency provides 30 days of oversight and accountability.

    Will I tattoo during each session?
    Yes. Each session includes live client work with direct guidance.

    Do I use my own equipment?
    Yes. You work with your own machine and setup. Adjustments or new recommendations will be made where necessary.

    How much access do I have between sessions?
    You have direct access for implementation questions and mid-week troubleshooting throughout the 30 days.

    What if I fall behind?
    Weekly participation is expected. Progress is reviewed at each session.

    Can I extend beyond 30 days?
    No. All sessions must be completed within the designated timeframe.

    Is placement in the Residency guaranteed?
    No. Enrollment is subject to review and acceptance.
