the refinement residency
-
One session can give you insight.
Thirty days changes how you work. The Refinement Residency is built for artists who want sustained growth, not quick correction.
Over 30 days, we work closely inside your real client work. We identify the habits that are limiting your consistency, correct them in real time, and reinforce stronger standards week after week.
You are not left to figure it out between sessions.
Your progress is monitored.
Your questions are answered.
Your growth is guided. This is not four separate trainings. It is one structured mentorship process designed to build confidence, consistency, and long-term improvement.
This residency is reserved for artists ready to be held to a higher standard.
If you are serious about refining your technique and being accountable to your own growth, this is where that work happens.
-
The Refinement Residency is designed for licensed artists who are actively taking clients and are ready for structured accountability.
You might be producing solid work but struggling with consistency. You might know you’re capable of more, yet find yourself repeating the same habits without long-term correction.
This is for artists who want ongoing oversight, not occasional feedback. Artists who are willing to be coached directly and held accountable between sessions.
Not for beginners.
Not for hobbyists.
Not for artists looking for casual mentorship. This residency requires commitment, consistency, and a willingness to refine your habits in real time.

Four Private In-Studio Sessions
Completed over the course of 30 days. Each session includes live client work performed by you with direct oversight. Adjustments are made in real time based on your habits, patterns, and growth from the previous session.
Each session builds on the last.
Week 1 — Baseline Evaluation + Foundational Adjustments
We establish your technical baseline, identify recurring patterns, and correct foundational habits that limit consistency.Week 2 — Technique Refinement + Habit Correction
We reinforce adjustments made in week one and address new habits that surface once awareness increases.Week 3 — Consistency + Precision Development
Focus shifts toward strengthening control, improving efficiency, and maintaining refined standards across sessions.Week 4 — Independent Application + Growth Planning
You apply corrections with increased independence while we build your long-term growth plan beyond the residency. Each week has a specific objective customized your progress and needs.
-
Growth during the residency does not rely on studio time alone.
Between each session, you are given specific refinement priorities based on your performance that week. These are targeted adjustments designed to strengthen what was corrected.
You are expected to apply these refinements inside your real client work.
Progress is reviewed at the beginning of each session. Improvements are reinforced. Weak points are addressed immediately.
This weekly implementation process ensures that growth carries over from session to session rather than resetting each week.
-
This residency does not operate on momentum alone. Between each in-studio session, you are expected to implement what was corrected. Your progress is reviewed consistently, and adjustments are reinforced week after week.
You are not simply receiving feedback. You are being held accountable to apply it. This level of oversight is reserved for artists who are serious about doing the work between sessions.
Direct Access Between Sessions

When you train with me, I am paying attention to your habits, your strengths, and the areas that need refinement. I give honest feedback, but it always comes with guidance on how to improve.
My goal is not to overwhelm you. It’s to help you grow in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
During the residency, you are supported, challenged, and encouraged to raise your standard with someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed.
-
The Refinement Residency is not four separate training days.
It is one structured process carried out over 30 days.
Most artists receive feedback, apply it for a week, and slowly drift back into old habits. This residency prevents that pattern.
Your work is reviewed across multiple sessions.
Your habits are monitored between sessions.
Adjustments are reinforced through repetition.Instead of a single breakthrough moment, we build sustained improvement.
You are supported while you implement changes inside your real client work. If questions arise mid-week, they are addressed. If habits begin to slip, they are corrected before they become routine again.
This is refinement with accountability.
-
